The house has 4 rooms but only 3 qualify as bedrooms as one has a window too small to count as an egress.My question is in regards to the basement.  

By this time we missed our rental window so we had to lower rent to get it rented.

I can find anyone but for now will only have my team cut down trees, door installation, and window installation.

I've seen posts on craigslist similar to car wraps but not quite as extensive but they were looking for people willing to have an advertisement put on the back window of their car stating something along the lines of "We Buy Houses" with a few bullet points and a number.  

A roofer, foundation guy and HVAC (both furnace and converting from window air to central A/C) all got a profitable job out of it too.

Of course this all goes out the window if it's not buildable or the end use is not a new build.Good luck with it!
