I'm in the South Florida area-specifically Palm Beach and Broward county-looking to join the BREIA in January.

They were an elderly couple that wanted to get out of the landlord game and move to the beach.

They have golf-carts for each villa to get around the resort to the beach, pools, restaurants, golf course, etc.

Plan is to rent out by room in Airbnb since it's located close to beach.

I am looking into condos in the Myrtle Beach area, I am looking to go up to around 65K purchase price and have found many in the area.

My personal home has appreciated by roughly 50% since I bought here in 2011 as well.The area is a hotbed for short term rentals as well with all of the vacation property along the beaches should you like to try your hand at that.  

The reason I wanted to move to 3-family is it is close to my work place, close to beach, and of course, if I can have rental income from the other 2-unit that would be great.

In case you were uncertain about how weird Massachusetts law can be, our licensing classes and CE courses specifically state that using the term "walking distance" or "a short walk" discriminates against people without legs.You CAN say 1/10th mile to the beach as that's an objective fact. 

I'm looking to start in Florida - preferably Broward County, Boca, Pompano, Palm Beach, Sunrise or Tamarac, but always open to other opportunities.
