Like you said, I do believe you'll see more firms with "all services under one roof" moving forward. 

With Plus, you can use Classes to separate properties and accurately track income and expenses by unit.

The associates I know at the moment aren't in this realm and I would like to have some sort of guidance moving into this next steps.So I'm looking for developers/mentors to help me move forward.

This requires more than I can type here in this reply, but essentially there can be more moving parts unless you do it in a sequence.  

The tenant had until 1/6/25 to pay the back rent or move out and did neither.

By then I expect to have a clear plan so I can move into action.

I’ve realized I need more passive options, and have moved to a syndication and private lending.

I would then interview a few and make a choice as to what one to move forward with.

My brother needs to move back to the area and found a duplex fixer upper.
