It's going to hurt to give up all of that review history, but I'd encourage you to self manage with a clean slate. 

It is very possible, for example, in Austin, that valuations of office, retail, industrial, self-storage, or something else responds favorably to the changes happening in the city and could be a great buy. 

I use Zillow for property marketing and applications.So far that combo has worked on the 6 properties that I self manage.

@Matthew Rolf I know the post said wholesalers but we acquire multifamily that we self-manage and also do 3rd party management, based in the Apopka/Wekiva area with our office in Baldwin Park.

I started in 2016 and within five years I had over 30 units and 135 self storage units earning $150,000+ per year.

It seems like that would be a question to ask the attorney that set up the trust up.Can you not get courtroom legal defense from the attorney that set this up - or is this person just telling you comply with the subpoena you have no choice ?
