@Dylan Hanna  The foreclosure  REO segment is not for the faint of heart.  

I'm trying to do my first yellow letter campaign and I'd like to start with this segment in my area, but I don't know exactly what to put on the letter.

Euclid is only one segment of my investments.

.$1300 and up Houses and Everything ElseThis is where I stop my analyses because I don't rent in that segment but again, it surprised me how many 2 bedrooms and even 1 bedrooms there still were in this segment…My ConclusionThe Stockton market is as hot as a cast iron skillet with sizzling fajitas!

If anything, I would say the BP community is pretty good at speaking out against unrealistic expectations.If I had to pick a specific party responsible for floating the idea that you can get rich quick by doing a few easy flips, I'd point the finger at HGTV and the 'gurus' out there.But mostly, I believe there is always a segment of the population who will latch on to any fairy tale that promises huge rewards for minimal effort.
