I scrubbed the data thoroughly & ran it through google geocode api to get clean addresses. 

In case you do not know what AirDNA is, they are a company that scrubs all the publicly available AirBNB rental data and composes it in clean and easily digestible formats.  

Not a Glade nice smelly product but one that actually scrubs the air.

We just went through renovating a cigarette smoker cat spray house (an inherited tenant) and after 3 full scrubbings with TSP, soaking slab and subfloors in vinegar several times over several weeks, then painting subfloors with Kilz, duct cleaning, etc., it finally seems to be resolved.  

If the days are too hot, the past may dry-out before it has an opportunity to leach the oil.When you wash your paste away, scrub the spot with water and Dawn dish liquid.I've had fairly good results with this method of cleaning up after leaky student vehicles.

My impression is you could have issues in court, but after scrubbing up their nasty mess, I would take money out of their security deposit anyway.

If you cannot scrub together $100k over 40 years of your working life, then you've made some pretty crap desicions over the years.

All I can figure, is that they pay a reputation scrubbing service.My daughter ended up firing them and they tried to tell her she owed them a termination fee and she said, well we can either let that go and call it square, or I can sue you for all of the overcharging.  

Very frustrating because I did an extra good scrub on the stove.

We had to replace the carpet, flea bombs (so the old carpet can be removed) then exterminator followed by head to toe scrub before new carpet is laid.
