The price points combined with incredibly low interest rates compared to the amount charged for a student room rental in the city center was pretty appealing.

Im giving them a very low score and can say I do not recommend them.

But it's just the reality of this market where everyone has one-upped everyone else so many times that the standard of a high end listing is insane.4.74 is not a great review score by Airbnb standards.Small changes like photos or changing the title just aren't going to move the needle. 

Many applicants with under 600 FICO scores will fraudulently give a family member or friend as their "landlord". 

If Class B, C  or D, then what credit score are you expecting from an applicant?

Hi there,It sounds like you've built an incredibly diverse and successful portfolio, balancing multiple streams of income and managing your own rentals, which is no small feat.

My hope is that the wealth of knowledge here at this incredible resource will aid us in solving that problem. 

My question then is should I cosign with my father who has a lower credit score than my sister or should I look for something cheaper like a single family and do a brrrr strategy/flip it? 

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?
