I think I am ok, if the cost to build keeps going up like has for the past 2 years, then I'll have to re-visit again, but like I said, I had to revisit this twice already within a 12 month period due to the price increases going up so high so fast.And yes you make a very good point.

I may re-visit this in the future because during the renting process, a good number of people gave feedback on the cinder block exterior and said they'd prefer some type of siding.
