Tricky, to get people to move in, it would need to be accessible to transportation, town...but the city has not accepted them so much legally as a living space.  

I had to build fences along my driveway accessing a drive under garage, because the retaining wall was more than 30" tall (standard building code item) but these properties were built in the 40s/50s and never had a fence there until I rented Section 8 and they required it.From a tenant perspective, I never had any of the issues James notes.

With the Political outlook in Denver/Littleton, I would look to other markets that would net more profit with less risk of changing restrictions.  

It is a great drive and we have driven it a bunch of times.I just wish there were less restrictions on STRs in so many areas.

I also was allowed access to the Left Main onboarding videos that clearly showed the buildout was, indeed, completely different than what I was requesting. 

Is the area easy to access in the winter?

Didn’t Lee Andrews explain state licensing restrictions to you and the value if his certificate?

If you're unfamiliar with the area or market, or if you don't have access to data, you're probably missing out on making more $$. 

I had also seen a year or so ago that the community wanted to put more restrictions and require a local contact, and limit on number of permits , but haven't seen anything more stringent since that proposal failed.If you can share your experience, I'd greatly appreciate it!
