It involves establishing a clear vision for your company, determining how you want to differentiate yourself from competitors, and asserting your unique value proposition.

I have a guy that looks great on paper, but doesn't want to move in for 30 days because he needs to give his current landlord 30 days notice, which, I completely respect him for doing. 

I already own investments in that area and have an established team in place.

At the end of the day, respect the business!!!!!!
