So you then had locals teaming with AU resellers and GB resellers picking this stuff up in 09 to 2011 or so for 5 to 10k then selling it to those off shore for 70 to 80k and many times never rehabbing them like they said they would.. tenant base is a mess..

She wanted to do a quick claim deed or whatever that is called.I said I need to have a clear title so no issues come up when I go to resell it.She was annoyed so that was some red flags right there.
