Keep in mind your other associated costs with being an agent.

I love where you mind is at and how organized your post/plan is.

A while ago they were taking request of adding banks from customers but I was told that they do not do it anymore.

The bank isn't going to let you blow their money.

Hi Catherine,Welcome a board to Bigger Pockets, it's a great place to learn and Network with like minded investors. 

It's good to hear others are having success, but I would check if it works in your area before you spend the $150.I don't know if this would apply to you, but some folks think that FF works similarly to AirBnB or Vrbo where they will push resident requests to you.  

New Jersey is a great place to invest especially if you are open minded to the idea of house hacking.
