Hi, if you're willing to put up with complaints, you can install pe-set thermostats or use the plastic boxes used in commercial buildings, but then if you use the box, your tenants will probably figure out to get the air on, just blow on it, to get the heat on, set a fan on the floor blowing up!

I would set the thermostat in each apartment, make sure its calibrated, and install a clear plastic locking cover on each for which only you have the key.

Went outside, and sure enough the intake pipe was blocked; the wind had blown somebody's dry-cleaning plastic bag around, and my heater must have been on at that time when the wind blew it near that intake, so it got sucked in.

So I go back a few days later to lay down some mulch and when I checked the other tenants flower bed, I noticed that they planted the plants, still in the freaking black plastic pots!!

Probably cast since galvanized after.3. connect to main stack if you can,,if not best place is closest to stack on NEW plastic line using a 45* wye and not a 90* tee,,either way with a threaded cleanout access.

get that baby Sub2, this way you've got the deed to the property, other wise, with a contract for deed, you don't have the deed therefor you don't own the property which makes you a TENANT and if you're doing a little switcharoo then you'll get the short end of the fry cook if ya know what I mean LOL!!
