I could maybe be talked into private water system.. but for me personally no way with private sewer... when a sewer system fails you could have to move all the tenants until its fixed.. if water fails you can always truck in water in a pinch..

Hey Kima, Most of the wholesalers make their own short contracts, but in a pinch you could use the state standardized contracts.

One other thing is to have them check the duct work, it is often pinched or chocked somewhere along the line where it is tied to the rafters.
