@Rob Derasmo maybe things are different in your area but the first thing that the owners would do is look on zillow and see that the house is worth far more than the offer, nobody in their right mind would let a house go for $550k with a potential $500k profit attached to it

I know the ideal answer is to remove the metal roof and re attach up higher, but I would like to avoid that for obvious reasons.
