I am looking to see if anyone is using any tools or signal ...that help estimate when things are getting to a point when it's wise to sell due to indicators ....even if market rises more..its ok...long as I have the ability to know that things are high in value...

I have told the management company they will be reimbursing me for the fine by deducting their fees by the 50 and told them I need full communication on every matter as soon as something comes up.I don’t want to overreact by firing a company that I have just started working with (that has amazing reviews) and the rehab process has gone well until this matter.I also know how much of a pain this particular HOA can be.Any suggestions how to handle this issue?

get a quote for removal, as long as you dont break them it isnt much of a big deal, or cost killer.going over them will probally be more of a pain when they keep breaking.

That said, if you keep your foot in their *** 24/7 then they will have a different incentive ;) EXPECT WHAT YOU ACCEPT when you don't get an answer back for 7 days, you must make it painful for them.
