I brought up numerous times my concern for the rates going up and actually told him I would want to wait to get an investment property because I KNEW what Canada was in for.

I don't want to turn this into a rental for numerous reasons.If I don't do a 1031 how can I reinvest this money into more real estate without tax implications killing me.Any insight is appreciated.

The space recently became available, and I have received numerous people wanting to rent this space with an RV but sleep in the RV as well.
