I don't remember the exact amount, but it is something fairly nominal to have them come out, take the panels off, have the roof work done, and then come back to put the panels back on. 

Luckily our holding costs on this place are nominal and, the longer we take, the further into the Spring prime time sales territory we go so, while annoying, not a disaster.
