How many 70+ year old landlords are going to be smacked with a multi million dollar fine for not filing for the last 2 years??

House-hacking in a multi-family unit is one strategy I wish I had been aware of when I chose to purchase my first property.

Matthew,Am just starting to invest in multi family space, realistically up to 50 units.

Because of this the supply is relatively low which means the ones that do exist tend to make good money, especially if you theme it toward bachelor/bachelorette parties.

It could certainly be a concern - but depends on a lot of factors - are you looking multi or SFR? 

What I do have is relentless energy, focus, and the drive to succeed in real estate.I’m diving headfirst into multi-family and commercial real estate because I know this is where true wealth is built.

No need to pay a 3rd party service for this.
