There's a lot of buffer for mistakes you did in your calculations.Personally, needing to pay a higher interest rate should not be the main concern, because usually, if you have good deals (I mean real good deals, not the good deals according to your broker), you should end up not too bad at the end.

We certainly made that mistake, with both listing-level and group-level customizations.Or there might be some other sensitivity settings you could use, e.g. the weight of local hotels in the algorithm (the default is super low, but in some markets, that's what you want to align to).We've been using PL 4 years now, and it's still a learning curve (and I say that as someone that's spoken in a webinar on behalf of Pricelabs on revenue management strategy).

Currently about to remodel one side of our duplex from a 2 bed/2 bath to a 3 bed/2 bath with upgraded mini split ductless HVAC system.We've been doing real estate investing for over 10 years and I'm close to finishing developing a land lording class for local landlords to learn from my mistakes of 10 years and similar to the BP mentality ensure landlords are raising the bar to push the less than reputable landlords out as we feel our tenants deserve better!

Now those same props are 110- 165k, (VERY dumb on my behalf to not keep 50 or so more of the 500, yes 500 I flipped there, HUGE mistake) I just picked up a 3 /2 all in full reno 70k, rented sec 8 1300, going to 1500- 1600.
