My midlife crisis:I never got my degree and I never joined the military so I lack a proper education.Former FSBO.

One thing I've learned from my 9 years of military service is that teamwork is imperative to success.  

I was born and raised in Louisiana and at 18yrs. old decided to join the military.

It is super quiet and a big military area.  

I'm active duty military and I purchase homes to live in while stationed in various places then rent them out when I transfer.

Without question, my best tenants have been military/airforce/navy and I would take them over any candidate in a heartbeat.   

I've been in the AF for almost 15 years and I eligible for retirement in 7 more years...I just want make sure when I do decide retire, that it is actually retirement vs having to search for a second career post military service.

I do federal contact work with the military as a facilities manager as my full time job.  

Presently I am active duty military and not stationed near Philadelphia, PA, where we will retire post-military life.

I was looking for a cash flow property as I have a couple I'm holding for their equity positions...don't cash flow well and don't need to dump them right now for the cash.Also, I'm in the military and out of the area, so doing management through family "partnership."
