The comment was based on a desk review of a couple places within 4-5 blocks of John Hopkins Medical Center.  

The banks will come calling someday but they can't right now due to the government's intervention.

I have also been lucky enough to have been working with a real estate firm here in DFW that focuses primarily on due diligence of Freddie Mac multifamily securitizations for B-Piece buyers, so I've been able to hone my multifamily due diligence and underwriting skills in this field for the past 2 years on top of our self-education.At this time, we're focused on acquiring a duplex/triplex in the DFW metroplex (focused in the Irving/Las Colinas, Coppell, Carrollton/Farmers Branch, Richardson and Trinity Groves/Medical District areas in Dallas, as well as some of the surrounding submarkets on a deal-by-deal basis), with the plan to house-hack.

Either way he is an older retired medical professional with a home in Pittsburgh, Pa while he lives in McDonough, Ga. 

The schools look great, low crime, plenty of businesses nearby and it has large medical facilities.  

Sioux Falls and the Black Hills accommodates people from all over the state that travel to a city with more to offer (medical, business, etc.).

I’m inheriting my father’s home in SF, he recently became ill and I’m hoping this plan will help pay for his medical costs. 

I have a 8400sqft pice of land close to medical center but fortbend county.

Unfortunately many elderly folks do not want to sell until after one spouse passes and the $250k does not make it work, especially if there was a refinance or HELOC or medical bills. 

I occupy 50% of the building (~3,000 sq ft) with my Medical/Optometry Practice.
