Hi All, the agenda for Note Expo shows a reception at 5:30 in the marketplace area where we will see most of each other, so I'm thinking we try to gather together there at 6:30 or we could meet at the hotel bar at 7.

I bet if you get your next deal under contract and post it on the marketplace here you will find plenty of people wanting to work with you. 

I dont know why that is, it is just something that seems to be the case in my market place.
