Realtors with continuing education for Realtors, that means mandatory classes, for that you have to have certified instructors, course materials, schools and support which just leads to another industry niche and fees and charges to feed the beast.

This isn't a bug in the software -- your browser has saved a previous version of the feed and is returning to that.  

BUT.. until ALL governments, local, state and federal quit their feeding frenzy, it's going to be tough.

His basics course in my opinion was mostly just fluff to feed you into the advanced trainings.

However, if you are running a more serious business, there are not enough subject to deals to feed your business.
