If you train them right,  they will make your life a whole lot easier! 

At 4 it's getting complicated, and thinking of 10+ makes me angry in advance.How do you manage having internet service at multiple locations?  

Given my geographic inability to personally manage the properties and long stretches of not having cell or internet service, I'm calculating 3rd party property management into all my deals.

Same can be said for the real estate market, the billion dollar industry of forums, books and training has propped up real estate by investors and institutions that resemble an overvalued stock that is not inline with incomes.250k in the S&P 500 10 years ago would be 900k today with no effort.

A good website, people find you everywhere on the internet, you have decent reviews on Google, etc. 2.

It does depend on who you get trained by though.

After doing some internet research this is pretty close to what I have discovered. 

@David Roy GriffinBeen in the call center industry for 16 years holding different executive positions (even in the Philippines), so I can tell you this is not a good option for a number of reasons.1. 1,000 names will never bill enough to cover the call centers "hard costs" (training time, dev time, QA, overhead).

I have basically a litany of complaints about the way biggerpockets has evolved in recent years and yet it is still by far the single best place to discuss real estate on the internet.
