Hello,  Is anyone currently investing in Door County Wisconsin?  

I do have a pet agreement that says things like the pet is spayed, is indoor only, they will clean up all pet waste, they are responsible if there are any fleas, all pets on leashes outside, and maybe a few other things I’ve thought up.

@Yiming Li If the dog stays indoors, they will scratch the floor/carpet, rub their face on the corners of the walls, fleas, piss on the carpet, dog hair, and the smell of the dog will be in the house.

I was thinking our 1,800 ft sq 3/2 with lots of outdoor patio space would need a lot of furniture - indoor and outdoor. 

About 24,000 s.f. with a 25 meter indoor pool and a full size gymnasium that has two basketball courts.

And the big rental complexes that charge large rents have a lot of amenities like a gym / in door pool / dog walking / ectt that people use to justify the large rents.Personally, I would not go for this.

That part is the mobile home,- Punctured hole in door with hot water rubber tubing going through it and traveling across the hall and across the bathroom!
