I am pretty sure one side of the duplex is currently occupied by homeless people. 

I’d rather be able to spend my time helping homeless dogs find fosters and adopters and getting them out of kill shelters. 

He currently has a mutual friend living there, but doesn't want to leave them homeless, since they are not able to find a place to live other than where they are currently living.

Government involvement is typically a temporary help for a long-term hurt, as we saw with the crash of 2008.This is the same government that spends thousands every month for homeless people yet homelessness problem continues to rise.

But the tenants will stay as long as possible before being homeless.

The second reason is that board members and members of the public felt that affordable housing has become a problem both for the town attempting to place low income and homeless people and for first time home buyers as well as renters being priced out of their rentals.

A homeless man sleeping on a park bench is financially free.

Yup unfortunately the bloom is off the bud in the Rose city.. the city council and major allowed homeless to get out of control did not back the police .. made low level drugs Legal etc etc.. 

Some homeless guys tried setting up camp on one of my properties.

Also, it is the root of the homeless crisis, which is the worst in the nation by far.
