@Bill Brandt I've read that gas cars catch fire more often than electric cars, but gas cars tend to catch fire when they're involved in accidents, while electric cars catch fire spontaneously when they're parked, so they are more likely to cause harm to the home.

@Milo Milosovic There is no harm in looking for some cooperation between tenants.

Renting a house with roaches makes it not habitable. 

@Mitch Polatin As far as I know, there is no requirement in the habitability laws that says the fridge needs to cost 10K.

In many cases, this means brand new agents that haven't formed bad habits.
