@Jason Luo is correct in that you need to hang your agent license at a broker for a couple of years before sitting for your brokers exam.Out of curiosity, why go straight for your brokers license?

If that's it, I would admit to hanging around lowlife's much less joining in with them.Got to take that claim with a grain of salt too Joe, I know it may sound cool to you, but I'm not confident a very large reputable law firm would engage in such stuff.I'd suggest they consider targeting non-compliance in foreclosure instead.

I'd actually rather keep them as tenants long-term as everything was neat and clean and timely payments, but I can't have the insurance thing hanging over my head so without a solution, I need to give them notice.

It'd be better to eat the cost of them hanging on then take the $400 per month "just until they find a new place" if by taking the money you get locked in.I've never heard of a lease "surviving" the sale.

Then over the years got more confident at other projects.We've found that we're really good at hanging and taping drywall ourselves, and have done a ton of that.
