The management company said they would speak to him about this.One of our tenants said not to rent to him and has complained to us about his kid screaming and making noise.

You definitely have to find people who like a quiet house... otherwise you're dealing with stereos, TVs, and noise.

Here is the bottom line, noise during the day time is allowed.

We also get complaint letters about noise, yard work, he states that anything we do “puzzles him” as if we are doing it to try to annoy him, and complains non stop about this and that, he emailed them to us AND certified mails them to us.

Personally I allow and encourage pets but I also do sfh’s so I don’t have to worry about noise as much.  

Just keep grinding and saving honestly. 

Besides fan noise and needing to move pantry items as of right now they will still be able to have access to the kitchen.

The tree guy said he can cut it to a stump without taking down the fence, but to grind the stump would need to remove the fence which I want to try to avoid.

You could also suggest your tenants call child protective services if there is no supervision for young children and call the police for late night noise disturbances.
