I think you will find a wealth of information available to you here  at BP - and you can certainly use it attain success - but Bigger Pockets , in and of itself - is not going to take you where you need to be anymore than a drivers licence can get you across town.

As much as I dislike government interference in business I strongly believe landlords need to be educated and licenced prior to being allowed to have tenants otherwise it should be mandatory to use a licenced PM.Buying a property is only the tip of the iceburg regarding being a real estate investor.

Once i get my RE license I have have a family friend that will sponsor me, and ill continue to work full time at my current job.Once I have my salesperson licence i plan to manage some investment properties of friends and family part time.

you can do alot of work yourself in Oklahoma but some things will require a licence to pull the permit and get the inspection approved.
