@Joey Cornelio definitely "rich dad poor Dad" if you haven't read it yet and also Donald Trumps "the art of the deal" are both fantastic books that can get you motivated and dedicated to real estate.

So I think it exists, but definitely not fantastic compared to the midwest.  

I'm very OCD and like order so the night before I try to have all my clothes/supplements ready and gym packed.Non training days: Caffiene/Nootropics and cardio by 6 am.Rest of the morning is getting ready for work by 8 am. 

I haven't gotten my copy of this book yet, but I would register that Grant's sales books are fantastic, if only for inspiration.

When investing in rentals, from what I have understood, the idea is to use others money to create cash flow for yourself, this is fantastic, but when do you focus more on paying off your units rather than making more deals?
