Unless someone is a car person they usually won't see the value in a vehicle like the enthusiast would.As to net worth I would rather have 30 years of amazing fun and net worth is 25 million then delay almost everything to be worth 40 million.

@ Michael swan - I get it that you are enthusiastic about your new strategy, and that is a good thing...we should all be....That said, I do feel your 50 vs 160 comparison is biased to the point that it can be misleading... you left out a coupe of very important considerations for the comparison to be fair and complete, things such as passive vs active, future appreciation, and depreciation, to name a few...And 2 years of smooth ride is NOTHING in RE... if you go thru a full cycle of up AND DOWN, and your strategy still works, then it is true success story...
