Please enlighten us on what was required for you to embark on this endeavor. 

First off, please enlighten me as to what a snipe hunt is.I do believe these deals exist, I have not pulled it off yet myself but I have a good prospect in the area that I am working on.

I'm a quarter of the way through the first one and it has been very enlightening.

I see a post on it once or twice a quarter and always find the discussions enlightening as it is reflective of what we are seeing in the market today with many brokerages offering flat fee commissions and paying a salary to agents (check out the brokerage Door in Dallas for an example).  

It'll be an enlightening and possibly mildly traumatizing experience as I learn if I'm willing to expend in the years following.Now I have no idea when I'll be able to get the ball rolling on this.
