Hello, all. Can you enlighten me on the rental scene in Garrett and Auburn, overall? I've looked at rentals to owner-occupied ratios as well as crime rates, but that does not paint a complete picture.

Are there any areas to avoid? Is there a demand for rentals, or an abundance? How easy is it to sell properties once you are ready to sell? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
