Bad grammar and horrible English in a review (and nearly all bad reviews have this) are laughable.

Poor communication, poor English, no follow through.

And in PA it appears in reading some of the trade articles there was some big players that were doing a lot of these and the state AG was looking at them as another form of sub prime and preying on non English speaking and generally those who did not understand that they could be booted out when they missed a payment or two and their down stroke was lost. 

The ones that need to be throat punched are the ones that call in a limited English voice that is hard to understand and who are 'interested in buying my property' but no idea what property.
