His deals aren't about volume , they are about maximum profit.He has been instrumental in my growth as an investor by:1) Developing skills in a profitable niche2) Adopting the discipline & approach to do fewer deals3) Cherry pick deals with considerable margins.The choice of selling Ford Fiesta's or Bentley's.And please don't interpret that as only dealing with multi-million dollar properties.
