It took a ton of hardwork, consistent marketing, and daily chit chat with my emotions to keep my self balanced and not crazy.

It's tough, but you have to remove all emotion from this side of the business.

Try not to get emotional, it’s business and if they don’t satisfy their end of the agreement, then you act accordingly.Hope this helps, good luck...Bruce

Groundwater is usually deeper just depends on your location.

Most of those types of investors are putting down more than 25%, so this arena requires deeper pockets.

I really like this and love the potential- but am I getting emotionally invested?

Surrounding properties were being sold for prices far above reasonable market rates and we were receiving multiple offers for high priced, long-term leases on a weekly basis. 18 months after purchase, while many of these lease offers were quite enticing we ultimately decided to let go of the property; taking our deeper understanding of the market and $2.6M sale price with us onto our next project!! 

I’m sorry  but it’s obviously hard to tell emotions on here.
