Still debating between Multi family or Single family !!

Now I am debating using one of the biggerpockets real estate focused CPAs.

I debated throwing it back and trying to re-bid but I figured the only thing that do would be to open me up to a chance to lose it. 

I am debating whether to wait a few weeks to see how it plays out and possible save myself some lawyer fees and possibly get payed.

My broker at the moment is small, (not helpful at all) so I'm debating switching.

I often debate about paying these loans down verses buying more properties at this point in time just because of where the market is at.  

We are currently debating whether to sell our home in SA or keep it as a rental.

Marshall,There literally thousands of post on BP discussing, debating and even out right arguing the pros and cons of using the 50% rule.

@Ryan Ahlgrim I actually am debating this exact same situation as we speak.  

First, I really have a hard time believing that rental rates have increased that much over the last several months even though that is what all the evidence is telling me.Second, I'm debating jumping it up all in one year or doing something modified.I know that single family homes for rent are quite difficult to find in our area and in high demand (we get contacts regularly looking for something like this).
