Hi everyone,I currently live in DFW (Euless) and am looking to get a short term rental up and running close to home.

They also blame the "fake media" for their current predicament. 

So, selling sub-to, the mortgage is brought current and timely payments are made by the new owner helping the original owner's credit CONSIDERABLY!

For that reason, there is very little advantage (currently) in using crypto, unless you do something like a crypto secured loan as you mention. 

I currently consult within the industry, so was aware that SEPira(k) is likely the best home for anyone from Quest needing a new Solo 401(k) provider.  

I am hoping to connect with other like-minded investors that have or are currently in this process. 

I currently have a bank account dedicated to my first property which I hold in an LLC, and I'm planning on paying out of pocket for the start-up costs initially but I wasn't sure if creating new savings accounts under my first LLC's Bank constitutes a comingling.
