Is there anyone who has done real estate investing using cryptocurrencies?

I haven't seen as many posts about crypto tokenization of real estate on this platform so I started this off as an opinion rather than an open question for forum discussion.

Do you want income in two countries, in two currencies and deal with tax returns in both?

General Investment Experience | Location | Climate | local unique Real Estate Market | Currency opportunities ( Euro / US Dollar ) How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

If OPEC switchs to a different currency than the US in trading Oil, there will be a huge negative impact to the dollars value, while at the same time the Government would be printing tons of dollars. 

Crypto will never take over!

Or is there a surplus of fiat currency?

Every day, and I do mean EVERY day MORE currency is put into the economy than the day before.

I have still been unsuccessful with launching a brand.I do not know whether to keep trying or to let it go and focus on real estate investing as my way to become financially free / build wealth.I am 23, currently living on parents property, $36,000 cash, $16,000 in crypto with a goal of becoming financially free, retiring my parents and building generational wealth.I have followed bigger pockets for some time now and know there are many intelligent/wise people in the group.
