Each unit has a basic interior door connecting to the stairs and we hear everything from the tenant going up and down the steps to him cooking even his laundry machine sometimes.

What about its location and facilities?  

It doesn't have to involve someone being on-site cooking.

Morning All,  I am looking for a fence company or contractor that can install a wood fence across the back yard (25ft) of a 2 flat we have in Gages/Marquette Park in Chicago, just west of Midway airport in Cook County.

Indiana is a landlord friendly state where IL is pro-tenant (Cook county can be a pain to evict anyone).
