Hi all,How do I determine the cap rate for a two -door multifamily complex? 

Interesting idea, but I doubt that will happen, depending on what condo complex it is and he probably wouldn't like the interest rate. 

We are open to both, we currently have only single family homes, but are interested in apartment complex's as well.

Lot of apartment complexes around the area used to have a waiting list so that's a good indicator on renters in the area.

Especially when it comes to more complex or niche topics I would prefer to have a specialist I can meet with online vs a generalist I can meet in their office.
