This is definitely not a get rich quick scheme, but it is a get rich surely scheme.

That city has the potential to grow due a rich city next to it is growing aggressively fast, but at this current moment the city is not in a great financial situation.The property is a 6 units apt building in decent shape.

@John Woodrich I once remember Rich Dad Robert Kiyosaki used to say always be moving your money, he calls it velocity of money. 

My first glimpse was from Rich Dad Poor Dad (of course) and since I read that book about 2 months ago I've just immersed myself in the Bigger Pockets world.
