I also very much felt for her, it seemed like a painful topic for her and I didn't want to press her...but I think I handled the situation well, I was honest with her and told her I was starting a business buying real estate and I overheard her talking and that I didn't want to be invasive but I couldn't leave without giving her my information.

If I were sitting on the bench looking down I would have to think that a blanket statement for tenant control of the pests would not be fair as well.

And that's the point here, even at $29,500 you'll be hard pressed to find a buyer with that amount of cash that wants to live in a park.
