The main hurdle that many of our borrowers face are the income aspect of it, especially expensive markets like the West coast.

There's certainly other aspects that you need to consider such as pricing, quality of photos & overall listing, is it clean/repairs are done, if there's tenants are they being decent to people during showings, are you requirements reasonable etc... 

Start by consistently analyzing deals and read a few books like "rich dad poor dad" and "richest man in babylon"

Use a consistent naming convention - ex. 2024.03.25 Home Depot3.

To summarize, I am fully equipped, licensed, and knowledgeable to handle all aspects of the actual repair, however my ignorance lies within the funding (hard money) and the business aspects of home flipping.
