Every time I saw a cleaner I would ask for their information and receive a quote. or if I saw a car with a vacuum/trash bags on the roof I would leave a note for them to call me.I’m not sure how frowned upon this is but you can always reach out to Airbnb hosts in your area to see if they would like to share their cleaning contact info.

I am a points junkie so I guess unless I was going to rent some bad pad for a big group I just stick to hotels were I get my points.. same with air fare.. only fly on airlines were I get my points so I get to VIP status and free upgrades... but I fly a lot and I stay in hotels a lot..

I have to fix some pet-damaged hardwood flooring this weekend myself for a pet that was never authorized (which was new beautiful flooring before the damage).I saw that airlines were recently allowed to clamp down on emotional support animals so hopefully the same will carry over to landlords eventually....

Also, because it takes a while to get a hold of them, I need to lose work vacuuming the water out of the unit, and the office is hard to work from for few days after due to big and loud fans on all the time. can I charge the HOA for these loses, or at least threat them I will withhold payments until it is completely fixed forever and not just a quick bandage fix.
