Hey BP Family,

I have my first tenant showing today in about 20 minutes! I am very excited, I and my girlfriend cleaned and vacuumed a little to make it a little nicer. This is an awesome feeling of finally starting the thing I have been reading about for about 2 years now. Wish me luck and ill send out a post after to see how it goes!
