Even though we all cut the grass as kids, I know that the lawnmower is one of the most dangerous tools in the garage; and I know of at least one friend missing a finger as a result of a bad experience with a lawn mower as an adult.

I consider people taking minor things like my adult oriented artwork (that I personally made) sort of a compliment and a cost of doing business. 

For a home that we live in temporarily (1 year before renting it), in addition to the above towns, the surrounding towns are also possibilities: Watertown, Burlington, Woburn, Reading, Wakefield, etc.Ask:Given that I haven't been in the area for my adult life, I'm seeking advice about the various locations and recommendations for people to work with who are familiar with the type of purchases I want to make.

You could call Adult protective services - every state is different - I'm sure NY has some sort of department like that.

Found this old couple with 2 adult daughters that were looking for sth in the neighborhood after the house where they were living was sold.

However we did find out there was an adult daughter living with her not on the lease.
