I don't know why Charlotte has stuck in my mind so much, but every winter I think, "After I do x, y, and z, I'm moving to a place like Charlotte NC and getting away from these winters!"

My above answer normally clears up any confusion and they know they are getting X for Y in Z number of days. 

It fits our business model because x, y, and z.

Now I have had my closing attorney say to me, before we can close they still need to do X, Y or Z.  

Once you know your heat load they'll be able to look at the charts for the mini split and tell you if X unit is capable of producing Y amount of BTU's at Z ambient temperature.

I'm tryin to understand all three of them I kno a lot has changed! But wondering if someone can brake it down for me? Thanks
